I have been serving my commercial clients for over 12 years and have been a single point of contact, from the ordering of title work through the issuing of final policy. We provide a full line of commercial services including 1031 Exchanges.

As office manager, Shana is used to wearing many hats, from document processing to closing real estate transactions. Shana has several years experience in the title and real estate industry. She began as an assistant/processor for realtors with the Stout Group and from there moved to the mortgage broker business, working for a high-volume broker. She been in commercial title now for over 3 years and continues to strive for excellence in all the areas demanded of her.
